X-ray: Esophagogram showed a diverticulum through the posterior pharyngeal wall suggestive of ZD

  • TTT: if dysphagia, regurgitation

  • Objectives: Create a communicating door between the diverticulum and the oesophageal lumen by transecting the septum on endoscopy or surgery
