• Rare congenital gastrointestinal malformation

• The origin remains uncertain

• EUS is the diagnostic tool of choice

• Duplication cysts can have peristalsis

• Most located along the greater curvature of the stomach

• Patients with gastric duplication cysts can be asymptomatic but can also develop symptoms such as diffuse abdominal pain, epigastric pain, vomiting, weight loss, gastric outlet obstruction, ulcerated antral mass, or failure to thrive

• Surgical resection is often the choice for symptom relief. In asymptomatic patients, surgical resection is controversial
